Return/Exchange

Exchanges- Please contact us by phone or email for any exchanges necessary. We have no problem exchanging for different size if needed and in stock. Item can not be used if exchange is needed. 

Returns- Please contact us by phone or email for any returns necessary. We will accept returns for up to 30 days after purchasing (will make exceptions around holidays for gift purchases). However, item can not be used or worn. 

IMPORTANT- Please follow the size chart for Ultimate Lifting Sweatshirts...if you ordered the wrong size and received FREE SHIPPING on your first order, you will unfortunately need to pay for new hoodie(s) to be shipped. These are very costly and heavy to ship for us as a smaller business. We apologize and thank you in advance!

Due to being a smaller business still, in the event of any BOGO or extreme discounts, there are no returns or exchanges on either item(s).  Sorry for any inconvenience.
